The following is a guideline to what classes a student must take and what classes are optional.

 

              Each ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL student has a limit on the number of classes they may take.    An ELEMENTARY OR MIDDLE SCHOOL student :

MUST take at least one class from column A (May take a 2nd),

MUST take two classes from column B, and

MAY, but is not required to, take up to two classes from column "C"

             

              Each HIGH SCHOOL student has a limit on the number of classes they may take. A HIGH SCHOOL student: MUST take at least one class from column A (May take a 2nd),

MUST take two classes from column B* (see exception below), and

MAY, but is not required to, take up to one class from column "C"

 

*Exception for High School Students: A HIGH SCHOOL student MAY substitute a college (dual enrollment) class for one of the required virtual classes in column "B".
