Primary duties included the support of the Manager in management of the assisted living facility that occupied 150 residents.  Evaluation of medication tech’s distribution of medicine, updated monthly medication records, contributed to wound treatment as needed.  Responsible for decision making in all medical emergencies, contributed to the development of service policies and practices, and participated in the supervision of staff.
