Licence Agreement
This agreement is made on <Date> between

1. <Company> ("The Company") and
   
2. <Owner(s)> ("The Owners")

It is agreed that:

1. The Owners own <Address> ("The Property").
2. The Owners agree to make available to the Company certain accommodation, furniture and effects contained within The Property ("The Accommodation").
   
3. The Company expects to make use of The Accommodation and in consideration will pay to The Owners a fee ("The Licence Fee").
   
4. The amount of The Licence Fee  will be agreed between the parties from time to time.
