      Clubs Only Order Form

      Ordering information for individuals will be posted on the web at www.ava.org as well as placed in upcoming issues of The American Wanderer.   Orders from individuals submitted on this form cannot be honored.

      Club orders may be submitted on this form or via phone (210-659-2112), email (avahq@ava.org) or fax (210-659-1212).  Please do NOT include other items on this order form.  Orders for 10 or more copies will be shipped directly from the publisher.  To qualify, your order must be received at AVA no later than 5pm CST, November 6.  We realize that this is a short turn around time but it is an effort to ensure that you receive your books in time for Christmas.  Shipping will be the actual amount billed and will be invoiced to the club separately from the books once we are billed by the printer.

      This method allows clubs to receive their copies earlier than if they were all shipped from AVA.  If your club can use at least 10 copies, we urge you to use this option.  You do not need to send payment with this form.  We will bill the club.

      Cost per book will be $17.50 with clubs receiving their 20% discount.  AVA is asking that you please sell your copies at the full retail value of $17.50.  You can still pass a savings to your members by absorbing the shipping costs.  Please do not pass your discount to your members as this further devalues the benefits of becoming a Volkssports Associate Member.

    2. Reminder, there will be a KSVA meeting during the Hershey event - Saturday, November 28 at 2:00 p.m. Immediately following the KSVA meeting, our Regional Director Sam Tollett will hold a mini Regional meeting. The meetings will be held in the Library adjacent to the start point (same as in years past)
      I ask you to mark your calendars and ask your members to attend these meetings as well.  I know they are boring for most, but this is one sure way we can get our opinions heard. Please send me any agenda items that you wish to discuss.- Joan Lampart
  2. Next Dinner/Meeting/Election, Thursday, January 21, 2010 (verified this date & time with Isaac's 11/08/2009 @ 6:00 PM) - Isaac's Restaurant, Manheim Pk, Lancaster, PA :: dinner is @ 6:00 PM on your own - meeting is @ 7:00 PM.
