My name is Jason Weber - Founder and Chief IT Consultant of WEBTEK Geeks On Call - I have been running this company for over 6 years. I will be heading to Silicon Valley, California and I need someone to take care of the client base accumulated throughout the years.  The selected candidate will receive a phone to sell computer services for all incoming calls and perform On-Site IT Consultant throughout Genesee County and surrounding areas.  The important thing that must be taken into account is that I'm looking for a professional relationship with someone that can do a good job, can treat customers with clarity and care, is organized, has a drive to succeed, and wants to increase their business and technical experience in a small business.  In return, the candidate will be working with someone (myself) who wants the best for their current and future endeavors and who will encourage their professional growth.  My philosophy for this relationship would be this: my success is ultimately based on the success of the people I work with.  Accordingly, I'm looking for someone with a similar philosophy.

<li>Operating system reinstalls (mainly Windows based)</li>
<li>Networks wired/wireless LANs with encryption</li>
<li>Hardware and software diagnosis, troubleshoot, and upgrade</li>
<li>Virus/spyware removal and restoration</li>
<li>Software level data recovery</li>
<li>Provides assistance to proprietary software and will learn new software environments when needed</li>
<li>Works with third party hardware/software vendors and service providers to solve real world computer related issues on-site</li>
<li>Overall, the candidate discerns client's needs and translates them into raw IT solutions using existing technologies</li>

<li>Responsible to close sales on incoming phone calls and will work towards a monthly quota - the candidate will be given a company phone</li>

<li>HAS A DRIVE TO SUCCEED - has goals, self motivated, wants to improve, has a bullet-proof integrity</li>
