Winners Or Wieners

Wieners can be rather unsettling to study out.  Discovering just what "by products" really are, or what mechanically separated meat means.  Understanding that from the tip of a cow's nose, down to it's hooves or tip of it's tail is "all beef" just what chunks of this "beef" go into a wiener?  Any way, why on earth am I even talking about wieners?

The other day I was thinking how many supposed "truths" there are out there.  And I thought about various "groups" like zealots, pharisees, essenes, saducees, samaritans, christians, catholics, messianics, sacred namers, and the list can go on and on who claim "their" truth is the only real truth...and then I had a peculiar thought come into my mind.  I saw a wiener!

The whole thing from one end to the other is really a wiener!  No matter what the ingredients are....all pork, all chicken, all beef, all vegetarian...it still ends up being a wiener.   100% Wiener.

Then I thought about how history plays an important role in our lives, there are many historical facts we can study out today.  How many various "leaders" there are today as well. Each "leader" after much study believes to hold 100% truth.  But I also thought about how the "truth" many hold, comes from various other leaders/teachers.  All these various "truths" compacted together like a wiener.

Yahushua said :
Joh 5:39 “You search the Scriptures, because you think you possess everlasting life in them. And these are the ones that bear witness of Me.

Where do we think to possess everlasting life?  In a man? In a teaching? In some special formula?   Yahushua is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and no man comes to the Father but by HIM.  If we miss just Whom the Scriptures bear witness of, we miss Yahushua.  And when we depend on "our" methods and studies, our "truths" to grant us eternal life, we miss Yahushua too. 

Yahushua also said:

Joh 14:18  I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
Joh 14:19  Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
Joh 14:20  At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
Joh 14:21  He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

I am reminded of Yahushua's reply about "Who HE is"
Mat 16:13 Now when  Yahushua  came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His taught ones, saying, “Who do men say the Son of Aḏam is?”
Mat 16:14 And they said, “Some say Yoḥanan the Immerser, and others Ěliyahu, and others Yirmeyahu or one of the prophets.”
Mat 16:15 He said to them, “And you, who do you say I am?”
Mat 16:16 And Shimʽon Kĕpha answering, said, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living Elohim.”
Mat 16:17 And  Yahushua  answering, said to him, “Blessed are you, Shimʽon Bar-Yonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father in the heavens.

The Spirit of YHWH, leads and guides us into truth.  Those who love Yahushua will be loved of YHWH.  Yahushua will love them and will manifest Himself to them! What a beautiful promise!  As we study, we need to seek YHWH to grant us wisdom, understanding, knowledge of HIM through His Set Apart Spirit.

1Jo 2:24  Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
1Jo 2:25  And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life,
1Jo 2:26  These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
1Jo 2:27  But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
1Jo 2:28  And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Abide in The Vine!  Trust the anointing which we receive from Yahushua.  Following the way, the narrow way, means walking in the footsteps of our Master and Deliverer Yahushua Ha Moshiach.  Being one, even as Yahushua prayed we would be one with Him and His Father.  HalleuYAH!     May our "truth" be Yahushua, and not parts and pieces of various teachings we've collected togther and claim as our "truth. We can walk as winners or wieners, it us up to us who we choose to  follow.

Joh 14:4 “And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
Joh 14:5 T’oma said to Him, “Master, we do not know where You are going, and how are we able to know the way?”
Joh 14:6  Yahushua  said to him, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
