Lev 19:1-18  And YHWH spoke unto Moses, saying,  (2)  Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be Set Apart: for I YHWH your Elohim am Set Apart.  (3)  Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am YHWH your Elohim.  (4)  Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten elohim: I am YHWH your Elohim.  (5)  And if ye offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto YHWH, ye shall offer it at your own will.  (6)  It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if aught remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire.  (7)  And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted.  (8)  Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the hallowed thing of YHWH: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.  (9)  And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.  (10)  And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am  YHWH your Elohim.  (11)  Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.  (12)  And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy Elohim: I am YHWH.  (13)  Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.  (14)  Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy Elohim: I am YHWH.  (15)  Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.  (16)  Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbor: I am YHWH.  (17)  Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him.  (18)  Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am YHWH. 

 

 

You Cannot Sin!

Mat 5:48  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.  

 

Gen 17:1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YHWH appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty Elohim; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

1Jn 3:1-10  Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of YHWH: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.  (2)  Beloved, now are we the sons of YHWH, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  (3)  And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.  (4)  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.  (5)  And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.  (6)  Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.  (7)  Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.  (8)  He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of YHWH was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.  (9)  Whosoever is born of YHWH doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of YHWH.  (10)  In this the children of YHWH are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of YHWH, neither he that loveth not his brother. 

 

1Jn 5:18-19  We know that whosoever is born of YHWH sinneth not; but he that is begotten of YHWH keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.  (19)  And we know that we are of YHWH, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. 

 

Our Dual Natures (Spirit vs Flesh) 

 

Rom 8:1-9  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Messiah YHWSHUA, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  (2)  For the law of the Spirit of life in Messiah YHWSHUA hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  (3)  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, YHWH sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  (4)  That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  (5)  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  (6)  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  (7)  Because the carnal mind is enmity against YHWH: for it is not subject to the law of YHWH, neither indeed can be.  (8)  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please YHWH.  (9)  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of YHWH dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of his. 

 

Sin is "Living After the Flesh" 

 

Rom 7:5-8 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.  (6)  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.  (7)  What shall we say then? Is the law sin? YHWH forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.  (8)  But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. (There is no Law in the Spirit! It relates to the flesh!)  

 

Gal 5:22-23  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,  (23)  Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 

 

Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Messiah YHWSHUA hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 

 

Rom 7:9-25 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.  (10)  And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.  (11)  For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.  (12)  Wherefore the law is Set Apart, and the commandment Set Apart, and just, and good.  (13)  Was then that which is good made death unto me? YHWH forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.  (14)  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.  (15)  For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.  (16)  If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.  (17)  Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.  (18)  For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.  (19)  For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.  (20)  Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.  (21)  I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.  (22)  For I delight in the law of YHWH after the inward man:  (23)  But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.  (24)  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?  (25)  I thank YHWH through YHWSHUA Messiah our Master. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of YHWH; but with the flesh the law of sin. 

 

Rom 8:3  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, YHWH sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  

 

Rom 3:23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of YHWH; (Because we are in flesh.. and this flesh is what leads to sin!) 

 

Col 2:11-13  In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Messiah:  (12)  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of YHWH, who hath raised him from the dead.  (13)  And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 

 

1Pe 3:17-18  For it is better, if the will of YHWH be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.  (18)  For Messiah also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to YHWH, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 

 

1Pe 4:1  Forasmuch then as Messiah hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;  

 

Walk in The Spirit 

 

Gal 5:16-18  This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.  (17)  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  (18)  But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 

 

Gal 5:25  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 

 

Gal 6:8  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 

 

Rom 8:12-14  Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.  (13)  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.  (14)  For as many as are led by the Spirit of YHWH, they are the sons of YHWH. 

 

Php 3:14-15  I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of YHWH in Messiah YHWSHUA.  (15)  Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, YHWH shall reveal even this unto you.
