Thanking YHWH

(YHWH Blesses)

·       May we thank YHWH for the soil in which we plant

·       May we thank YHWH for the seed which we bury

·       May we thank YHWH for the rain which waters the earth and all within

·       May we thank YHWH for the sun that warms the earth

·       May we thank YHWH for all the elements that cause the seed to die to self and open to new life from within

·       May we thank YHWH for the plant that grows

·       May we thank YHWH for the food the plant becomes

·       May we thank YHWH for the shade the plant provides

·       May we thank YHWH for the shelter the plant imparts

·       May we thank YHWH for providing all we need to flourish and thrive upon this earth.

·       May we thank YHWH for the wondrous bodies He gave to us

·       May we thank YHWH for what He made us to be

·       May we thank YHWH for each talent bestowed to us

·       May we thank YHWH for the free will to choose for ourselves

·       May we thank YHWH for His Ruach, the Teacher of Life and Light that dwells within

·       I wonder how fast we become bored with the list of thanks we owe to YHWH.

·       I wonder if we let it become ritual, rote, empty words said fast without much thought or feeling within.

·       I wonder if our minds are truly on YHWH at this time or on things of the world or on our own need and wants.

·       I wonder if we really stop to even try to see and understand the glimpse of YHWH we have through all things around us

The things to thank Him for are too numerous to count and even if we thanked Him for all we knew of, there would be countless things we did not know of to thank Him for.

The best way to thank YHWH is to live unto Him with all that we are and possess; to keep His commandments, His ways, and to live His truth as it is imparted to us.

We thank YHWH when we love all others no matter if we know them or not, no matter if they despise us or not, no matter if they should bring harm to us, it is love we are to return to them; and another can not take or harm what we are in truth; that part of us that is YHWH within.

May we come to know, understand and live worshipping YHWH in spirit and truth.

Psa 8:1 O יהוה, our Master, how excellent is Your Name in all the earth, You who set Your splendour above the heavens!

Psa 8:2 Out of the mouth of babes and infants You have founded strength, Because of Your adversaries, To put an end to enemy and avenger.

Psa 8:3 For I see Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established.

Psa 8:4 What is man that You remember him? And the son of man that You visit him?

Psa 8:5 Yet You have made him a little less than Elohim, And have crowned him with esteem and splendour.

Psa 8:6 You made him rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all under his feet,

Psa 8:7 All sheep and oxen, And also the beasts of the field,

Psa 8:8 The birds of the heavens, And the fish of the sea, Passing through the paths of the seas.

Psa 8:9 O יהוה, our Master, How excellent is Your Name in all the earth
