Return Policy For "NEW , USED-Tested , AS IS or Untested" Items


IF item sold AS IS and untested auctions

                   WILL NOT qualify for the return policy!


As always, if your item is not as described, you may contact lovedragon@sbcglobal.net for resolution.The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and return the product unused.

Our return policy is listed individually on the listings - shipping / return shipping fee's are not refundable.

To ensure that your purchase was a successful shopping experience, we now offer an Return Program.

Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:

  1. Only NEW , USED-Tested Items will qualify for return.
     
  2. Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from when you received it. We are not responsible if items do not arrive to us so we suggest you insure your package and tracking #.
     
  3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear or smoke.
     
  4. Filled out Form. All fields must be completely filled out and returned with your item. We are not responsible for items we don't receive.

  5. When we receive your package you will receive an email . Your credit will be for the purchase price you paid excluding all shipping and handling. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke or not a same as your explain/describe, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!
     
  6. If you leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
     
  7. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an error Aiaistore.company, your refund may include return shipping - up to original item shipping amount. 
  8. Since customer satisfaction is our goal, please give us a chance to address any concern you may have regarding your purchase before leaving a derogatory feedback.
For Return or Refund  We Must receive your Return item before process refund or ship new replacement , no exceptions!
