After Support Firefox Day 4
Support Firefox Day 4 was an amazing success. With the focus on translation, hopes are high for an increase in translating articles. Almost 100% of the traffic was generated by the link on the default Mozilla Start Page. Goals for Mozilla in 2010 were also a big part. Discussions covered such things as keeping the web open, Mozilla's role in this and aggregating data collected by Mozilla.
Live Chat Proxy
If you spent any time in #sumo on irc.mozilla.org you've probably noticed livechatproxy. Livechatproxy is the proxy to a discussion room on Live Chat that mirrors #sumo. This allows Live Chat helpers to participate in #sumo without signing on to IRC and vice-versa. Recently livechatproxy has changed names to just lcp. Whether this will remain its permanent name is undetermined.
Helpful Tips
Everyone is afraid of losing their bookmarks. Exporting your Bookmarks to an HTML file can help you keep a backup copy. Just in case the unfortunate happens. You can even take it one step further and make a backup of your whole profile. Some very helpful KB contributors wrote an article to do just that. Check out Backing up your information to help prevent future frustration.

Autoscrolling is a useful feature which allows you to scroll the page
by clicking the middle mouse button (usually the scroll wheel) and
moving the mouse up or down.

Support Firefox is part of the bigger Mozilla picture. This week the one billionth add-on was downloaded. Also relating to add-ons, Fashion your Firefox premieres. Fashion your Firefox is an interactive site that presents you with multiple add-ons to choose from based on your online activity. For more Mozilla news see The Mozilla Blog.
Chance to Shine
Firefox 3.1 will have a new feature called private browsing mode. Private browsing mode will let you surf the web without storing cookies, cache, or any other private data. The knowledge base is in need of an author for an article explaining private browsing mode. If you would like to help talk to cilias or comment on Bug 463477.
