Notes: Eddie Dove’s Modified Profile – Preheat GC and complete cooling cycle.
Add 8 oz. of greens. Set time for 30 min and temp for 300F – After 5 min increase temp to 435F – After additional 5.5 min (10.5 total elapsed time) raise temp to 460F to finish the roast AT THE FIRST SNAP OF 2ND CRACK.
