1) New Office
- one key, with matt, call and he can lend it to you
- if you want one for yourself its $25 deposit you get back at the end of the year
2) Dues
- pay them
- rahim and allie paid @ meeting, rock on
3) Club Benefit Fund App
- Had a problem our account, Bianca will confirm what’s going on
4) Pancake Breakfast
- we really really really need food donations
- everyone go today to any food store and get $20 donation
- especially pancake batter
- laura is waiting to hear from everyone re availability and will then email people to tell them when they’ll be working
- running from 7am-12pm
- will poster more on sunday
5) The Gallery Lounge
- we have two confirmed acts (katie’s friends and another band)
- we would like at least one more, a few are possibilities but make any suggestions for music that you can
- maybe we can show our movie on the gallery tv? laura will find out
- matt will email juliane to see if she’s interested in presenting
- matt will design poster for it
6) Guluwalk
- can francesca talk to rose about coordinating a time and place for ppl from ubc to leave campus from on the 21st?
