C3R = slip 3 stitches on cable needle hold in back of work, knit 3 stitches from
left needle, knit 3 stitches off the cable needle
C3L = slip 3 stitches on cable needle hold in front of work, knit 3 stitches
from left needle, knit 3 stitches off the cable needle
Note you can increase or decrease the hat in multiples of 9, keep in
mind with an even number of cables the cables will always twist
opposite of each other. if you add or remove only 9 stitches two
matching cables will be next to each other
using cicurlar needle Cast on 72 stitches, join, being careful not to twist
stitches, place marker
work in a 2x2 rib for 1.5 inches
