This is your one-stop shop for the updates on our various ministries.
Our group serves each other through member involvement in our ministry teams. Here is a brief summary of our ministries and current ways to serve.
Worship - organizes a worship set and provides the musical accompaniment to our Thursday night fellowships as well as extra events.
Bible Studies - plans studies, speakers, or discussion forums for Thursday nights.
Sign up for a week if you feel called!
Cooking - provides the yummy goodness of fellowship. A few generous souls sign up each week to make a meal. Dinner tends to be awesome, but we're not picky. =) (everyone loves pizza)
Women's ministry - The beauty of sisterly fellowship. Oh yeah! Fun events like the "sleepover til sonrise!"
Men's ministry - The brothers get their "alone time." Events include manly BBQ's.
Retreats - each quarter Sonrise goes on a retreat to recharge in the great outdoors and appreciate God in our lives. Hikes, marshmallows, praise by the fire, snowboarding....all the good stuff.
Sonrise is run by you, so get your input in too! Sign up for activities you're interested in or get involved with your own ideas.
