My Supplements

Currently these are the supplements I'm taking.
1. Fish Oil - 6 caps each day - EPA 216MG, DHA 144MG per gelcap --decreased dose to 4 caps/day due to Krill (9/15/2007)
2. Folic Acid - 1 cap each day - Calcium 46MG, Folic Acid 800mcg
3. Vitamin E - 3 caps each day - Vitamin E 1000IU  --decreased dose to 2 caps/day (9/15/2007)
4. CoQ10 - 2 caps each day - CoQ10 100MG --increased to 3 caps/day (9/15/2007)
5. Potassium - 5 caps each day - Potassium (as citrate) 99MG ea cap --increased to 6 caps/day due to cramps (9/15/2007)
6. Vitamin D - 4 caps each day - Vitamin A 1600IU, Vitamin D3 1000IU ea cap
7. Magnesium - 3 tabs each day - Magnesium (as oxide) 500GM --increased to 4 tabs/day due to cramps (9/15/2007)
8. Vitamin B Complex - 1 cap each day - B1 10MG, B2 10MG, Niacin 10MG, B6 10MG, Folic Acid 100mcg, Biotin 10mcg, Pantothenic Acid 10MG
9. Krill Oil - 4 caps each day - Phospholipids 200MG, Omega-3 total 150MG, EPA 75MG, DHA 45MG, Omega6 7.5MG, Astaxanthin, a carotenoid, 0.75MG ea cap
10. Multivitamin for seniors - 1 tab each day -

11. Vitamin K - 2 tabs each day - 100mcg K2 ea tab
12. Selenium - 1 tab each day - 200mcg ea tab
13. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc - 1 tab each day - Calcium 500mg, Mg 250mg, Zn 15mg
14. Iron, Chelated - 1 tab each day - Iron 25mg, Calcium 45mg


My Medications

Currently these are the medications I'm taking.
1. Nexium 40MG (For stomach, 1 or 2 caps each day)
2. Oxybutynin 5MG (For bladder spasms - up to 6 tabs each day)
3. Budeprion SR 150mg (*** - 2 tabs each day)
    Vivelle dot 0.1MG (HRT, 1 patch 2X/week) (Stopped 2/15/07)

I also take Naproxen and/or Excedrin as needed.
