What is brainstorming?
Brainstorming
is a group process for generating ideas and sharing knowledge in which
participants are encouraged to think without interruption. Participant share
their ideas as soon as they come to mind and all ideas are accepted without
criticism. The technique is based on the principle that you cannot generate and
evaluate ideas at the same time. After the brainstorming is over, ideas are
evaluated and ranked for follow-up action.
