I am currently leading a global team of developers in the overall technical direction, design, and development of a multi-million dollar project creating a best of breed customer service desktop application (CS Pro).  CS Pro is a client/server JEE application used by call center representatives to facilitate call handling and research.  The client interfaces with Hewitt’s telephony systems to receive screen pops and provide soft phone capabilities, and displays a modularized view of personalized data for the caller from several enterprise systems.  The server is a set of services deployed to IBM Websphere which integrate and organize data from various enterprise systems.

Project managed various-sized projects delivering enhancements to Hewitt’s proprietary benefits administration system. 

Performed the design and development of a web-based suite of testing/debugging tools targeted at reducing the time and cost of testing/debugging in our development and client delivery community.

Managed a team of Java developers in the development and support of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution domains of Hewitt’s Your Benefits Resources™ website.

Managed a team of Java developers responsible for creating the Defined Benefit section of Hewitt’s Your Benefits Resources™ website.  This included participating in business requirement meetings, consulting with our Creative Design group on the web page design to ensure technical feasibility, and managing the full lifecycle development and delivery of the web pages.

Managed a team of COBOL developers responsible for developing and supporting personalized communication statements.  This included interfacing with our client delivery teams to gather requirements, performing system configuration to meet client requirements, delivering the statements, and supporting the client teams throughout their testing and go-live schedule. 

Participated in a team of COBOL developers creating administrative reports for our client delivery community.
