Effective Concepts LLC, is a consultingfirm which specializes in energy savings projects. Namely projects in the HVAC and lighting fields. We provide independent analysis ofvarious Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) to determine energy and cost savings. By analysisand review of these ECMs we help contractors (such as Harris) find the right technologies for their customers.

Ray Maas has over forty years experiencerunning and managing wholesale HVAC distribution companies. Ray has an Engineering degree from North Dakota State University. Rayhas experience with Lighting, Controls, Pump Systems, Heating and Air Conditioning.

Craig Maas has twenty-five years of wholesale experience. Craig has a Marketing degree from Moorhead State University and years of computer experience modeling and solvingengineering problems.
 
Design- The efficient use of energyrequires proper design. This is true for HVAC or lighting. Effective Concepts has years of experience in both fields.
