Hello, My name is E. Zane Wood .
In addition to being an experienced musician/singer performer, I am currently taking students, adults and future adults , of the Bass Guitar, Guitar, and Vocals, for instruction. You will not only learn your instrument , but about the business of entertainment: how to entertain, and get into the business if you urgently desire. Of course, a student will need to know how to use their instrument first, whether it be bass, guitar, or vocalizing before "getting into the business".
My students will learn the essentials of music theory, note reading, tabs, playing to chord charts (a very practical skill) in addition to imparting the wisdom I have gleaned from being in the business myself. Music is fun too, so I try to keep it that way, yet seriously.
I strongly believe , one of the facts that hold students back the most, is the absence of regular practice from being unmotivated. I can't help a student with that. No one can. Motivation to succeed and practice, practice practice, must come from within the student themselves. My own love of music, and enthusiasm for music will inspire and sometimes motivate, but this is no guarantee. A parent may force their child into lessons, and demand they practice (after all, they would be paying for the lessons), but most of the time, this is not very productive. The compelling desire to perform is the clearest motive there is.
I am looking for students that want to work on their music. Students that love music, and who have the inner fire to succeed. Or, if you just want to learn on a casual basis, that's OK too!
Young and old alike can undeniably benefit from learning music; it's therapeutic, and scientific studies tells us that learning music actually makes the learner smarter(no kidding).

The price of these lesson is nominal: $30 per half hour, once a week, paid monthly.
