If you would like to add your name to your thawte email certificate (in place of Thawte Freemail Member) you'll need to do the following:

1. Log in to your account at http://www.thawte.com/secure-email/personal-email-certificates/index.html
2. Update your personal identity information at https://www.thawte.com/cgi/personal/general/editinfo.exe
3. On the left hand menu click on wot console at https://www.thawte.com/cgi/personal/wot/contents.exe
4. Click on find a notary at https://www.thawte.com/cgi/personal/wot/find.exe
5. Contact a notary to set up an appointment to have them validate your ID in person.
6. Allow that notary to view your thawte ID.
7. Once you've met with the notary, provided a copy of your ID, and signed the papers the notary will assert you point.
8. You'll need to repeat steps 1 through 7 until you obtain 50 points.
9. Once you have 50 points you can issue yourself your certificate (or reissue one if you already are using it) and follow the steps to creating and installing the new certificate.
