Sept 07 -Sept 08 Fairchild  Air force Base	Referral Management Nurse At U.S. Air Force Base. Responsible for active duty airman, veterans, and spouses coordinating all medical care to outside providers in the network area.  Average daily referrals consisted of 200-300 patients.  Manual report delivered to Chief Of Medicine on a bi-weekly basis of all duties
Mar 07 - July 07 Medical Staffing Solutions	Travel Nurse at a skilled nursing facility responsible for long term to acute care clients in nursing home setting.  Responsible for rehabilitation, IV therapy, maintain vital signs, p.o along with IM medications patient ration 20-60 patients. Took off orders, maintain appointment schedules and supervised over C.N.A.'s, administered IV, blood draws, NG tubes, foley caths and various other nursing duties.
Oct 06 - Sept 08 Alternative Health Care	Home Health Nurse for pediatric patients requiring 24 hour care which included medication via J-tube, transportation to and from doctor's appointment. Respiratory treatments including Trach care, on ages 18 months to 23 years old.
May 06- July 06 Northern State Correction Facility	Responsible for over 350 inmates medical care and management of medical charts.  Majority of duties encompassed night sift duties that included taking off orders, responding to all medical emergencies and maintaining a safe environment for infirmary inmates. Responsible for obtaining venipuncture, oral medication, EKG's and many other nursing duties.
Oct 05 - May 06 Madigan Medical Center	Allergy/Immunization nurse. Primary responsibilities include; maintaining active duty soldier's shot records for deployment readiness and annual health checks.  Updating school age dependent children's immunization includes communication's with state school districts. Managed influenza clinic providing over 5,000 patrons.
9/04 to 10/05 Intelistaff	Travel nurse for various hospitals and clinics in Seattle/Tacoma area.  Responsibilities are receiving physician orders and performing the following clinical nursing duties such as: Electrocardiograms, injections, of inoculations, assisting in minor surgeries, administration of oral meds and I.V. therapy as order fro providers.
