DUAL APPOINTMENTS

   1. RCA’s and TRC’s may be assigned as a casual employee for two 90-day appointments within a calendar year, subject to unit complement caps.
   2. Primary responsibility is to the rural craft.
   3. Casual pay hours are paid at the current assigned casual hourly wage. When combined total work hours exceed 40, overtime adjustments are processed the following pay period.
