TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Registration fee is inclusive of all taxes, accommodation and food (from 5th Sep’08 lunch to 7th Sep’08 brunch)

  2. Delegates are requested to settle other personal bills (inc. room service, mini bar, etc) at the front office prior to departure.

  3. Cancellation allowed till 5th August subject to payment of cancellation fee of Rs.1000/-.

  4. Registrations are transferable however, such transfers to be sorted out by Tablers on their own and Registrations Convenor to be informed the same.

  5. Last date of full payment is 5th August 2008. Payments / Registrations after 5th August 2008 will attract a late fee of Rs.1000/-.

  6. Delegates have to arrange their own transport till the Timber Trail Resort.

  7. You will be required to take a cable car ride from Timber Trail Resort base station to Timber Trail Heights and Moksha. One to and fro cable car ride is included in your registration. Additional rides may attract some levy. Cable car operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
