Catalog Assistant IV -- Catalog Beinecke acquisitions in the Western Americana, General and YCAL collections using LC
and OCLC member copy as well as original cataloging for belles-lettres and selected other materials. Catalog maintenance in
local catalog including updating bibliographic and holdings information for transfers, withdrawals, substitutions. Assisted in
transfer of materials to LSF from the Mudd Library. Member of the Cataloging Policy and Documentation Committee from
2008 to 2009.
Yale Visual Resources Collection, Yale University, New Haven, CT May - December 2006
Student Assistant -- Used Inscribe to update image database to include new images and their accession information. Used
Adobe Photoshop to prepare images for inclusion in digital database. Filed photographs and slides post-digitization.
Checked slide collection for reproduction rights information. Assembled images for reference files for various undergraduate
art history classes.

Student Assistant -- Sorted photographic archives for digitization, organized and cataloged music library, arranged Glee Club

Summer Intern -- Worked as summer intern in three departments. In the Wilbour Library, proofread and corrected entries for
the new on-line card catalog, using Orbis. In Egyptian, Classical and Middle Eastern Art (ECAMEA), filed conservation
reports, prepared accession cards and organized and labeled photographs. In Rights and Reproductions, filed and labeled
transparencies, purged faded transparencies and shifted the department’s transparency collection into a new location.
Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY, NY 2001 - 2002 School Year
Teacher’s Aide -- Supervised elementary school age children in weekly art instruction class and assisted the teachers with
class preparation. Classes featured the museum’s galleries as a learning resource.
