I am extremely pleased to announce that I will be hosting Scrapbook Designs Annual Beach Retreat 2009 at the beautiful Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, in Sanibel Island Florida, on September 11 – 13, 2009. Come join me for this amazing, retreat where the surroundings are magical, the company is great, the food is delicious and the scrap booking will be ROCKING!!!! Simply bring your scrap booking supplies and whatever projects you wish to work on and I will take care of the rest for you.
We begin our weekend on Friday the 11th, where you are able to set up in one of the main conference room at 8:00am. (Room check in will be at 3:00pm). This conference room will be at your disposal through out the weekend for however long you wish to use it. Dinner will be served Friday evening in the conference room as this will allow you to continue working on your projects. When you are ready to retire to your room, you simply leave your supplies at your table and return the next morning.
We continue to create and scrap away on Saturday where a full day of scrap booking awaits you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served though out the day. Expect really great surprises and some great fun activities….ALL RELATED TO SCRAP BOOKING OF COURSE!!!
I will be having Break out classes and these will be available to you, throughout the weekend. Breakout classes are optional and are meant to be short in time and geared towards making sure you leave with finished projects
As the event gets closer I will post the classes to allow you to pre-register for these at that time. I have some very talented and amazing ladies teaching these classes, so you don’t want to miss out!
On Sunday, check out time is noon. You are free to continue to scrap until the very end.
Accommodations and pricing:
The following listed prices are for the entire weekend. These packages include your rooms, 4 meals, scrap booking space, and some delicious surprises and raffles throughout the weekend. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis, and deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. The first deposit of $50.00 along with your registration form is due by September 11, 2008. Half of the remaining balance must be paid off by January 1, 2009. The remainder is due by August 1, 2009.
Pricing for this weekend retreat are as follow per person for the entire weekend:
Single occupancy - $435.00
Double occupancy - $365.00
Triple occupancy - $345.00
Quad Occupancy - $325.00
Meals provided will be as follows:
FRIDAY: Dinner
SATURDAY: Breakfast, lunch & Dinner
