EACH DAY’S TUTORING SESSIONS

(put list on clipboard in front classroom – print new list each week)

q Saved as “clipboard - weekly list recording each tutoring session – mod

q use this list to see who has already been tutored in a given week

q please record each tutoring session here

q add new students’ names by hand until the new list comes out on Monday

q When you take down the old list, make a copy on the photocopier and leave in the “outcome coordinator” mailbox –first floor -Billy Morton

q put old lists in the “Old Lists” hanging file in the tutoring file cabinet drawer

q To make new list, go to “Blank Lists” folder on the “tutoring documents” floppy disk and open the blank copy of this form.

q Open your updated student list in another window and highlight the names, beginning at the bottom of the page and edit/copy them

q Click on the first cell in the blank document and click edit/copy cells to paste the names into the blank form

q Click on the last row in the list, go to the toolbar and click Table/Insert/Row Below to add a few extra boxes for new names during the week.

q print and post the new list on the clipboard – no need to save the new form
