InJustice Un-criminalized!

 Thomas Jefferson and George Mason, suported a Bill of Rights in the Virgina Constitution because they feared that without it government would eventually assume the peoples rights did not exist beyond there own laws.

All to often these local governments are conjuring up economic taking plans that are simply not justified, nor are they properly investigated as to the truthfulness of there necessity. In many of these cases there are also no accountings afforded whatsoever in regards to many other viable alternatives, and many times there is no watchful eye on corruption, and the mismanagement of community funds, and those short sighted tax incentives, and these near sighted community engineering’s, these are now woefully neglected upon this certainty of those governmental thievery rights that have been now secured by KELO.

To often these kinds of property takings have nothing to do with the people of a community coming together, at all, and has more to do with a private sector's intimidations, or bribery. JMB
