WHAT IS A COACHING NETWORK?
A coaching network consists of 12-14 Church Planters at various stages of the journey that meet one time each month for 7 hours for 9 consecutive months. The purpose of the network is to share ideas, frustrations, and victories and learn and grow together in a healthy environment. It provides a level of accountability for the planters within the network.
It’s natural for church planters to experience “pressure points” along the journey. The network provides a safe place for the planter to be able to share their pressures and encourage other planters along the way. The Network also becomes a laboratory of ideas and creativity, where significant leadership development can happen.
WHY JOIN A COACHING NETWORK?
There are several critical reasons why a planter should join a coaching network.
Statistics say that about 1,500 pastors leave the ministry each month due to moral failure.
In a recent poll, 50% of pastors said that they would leave the ministry due to discouragement, but they are afraid of not being able to find another way of making money.
40% of pastors polled said that they had an extra-marital affair since being in the ministry.
Most pastors do not feel like they have a safe place to go for answers or to share struggles.
Your ministry longevity depends on it. Ministry is a marathon, not a sprint.
Learn and grow from people that know exactly what you are going through because they are there or have been there.
WHO IS INVITED TO JOIN?
The network is open to church planters that will be launching within the next 1 year or that have launched a church within the past 10 years.
WHAT WILL OUR TIME TOGETHER LOOK LIKE?
A brief devotional led by a different planter each month.
A time of relationship building.
Leadership development through reading a book together and sharing what we are learning.
A church planting training time from people within the network and sometimes from outside of the network.
A time of evaluating different elements of our churches or planting plans and offering candid feedback on how to improve in these areas.
A time to share pressure points and to care for one another as fellow planters.
Prayer time.
Cost - $99 for the entire 9 months.
Fee includes
Light breakfast (Coffee & Muffins) & lunch for each monthly network meeting.
The leadership book that we will be working through together.
