October 24, 2009 - At 6:00PM on Thursday, October 29, 2009, all Mechanical Engineers are invited to the ASME General Meeting, at Kemper 1065. The ASME officers will talk about how to sign up with ASME national and will give you an introduction on what the Davis Chapter is planing for this year. FSAE and Formula Hybrid have been invited to present their plans for the year as well. Prospective members, do not miss this opportunity to join the ASME student chapter. There will be PIZZA for dinner as well.

September 27, 2009 – At 12:00 - 1:30PM on Thursday, October 8, 2009, all Mechanical Engineers are invited to the ASME & ConocoPhillips Fall Kick-Off BBQ located at South Bainer Lawn. ConocoPhillips will be present to answer any questions about recruitment, internships, and being a mechanical engineer within the organization. August 28, 2009 – At 2:30 - 4:00PM on Thursday, October 1, 2009, ASME will be participating in the UC Davis College of Engineering ICE CREAM SOCIAL. ASME will have a table set up in the Kemper Hall Courtyard. Mechanical engineering students are encouraged to check out the different engineering organizations and activities. ASME officers will also be there to answer any membership questions and answer any general questions about ASME. Come out for a chance to meet your classmates and staff, find an engineering club activity, speak with your adviser, and enjoy some awesome Ice Cream!
