The most obvious option for our system's use of Google Docs is HPL publicity. "What's Happening" would be much easier to produce if there was one major document for each branch to slot in their programming blurbs. It would be great for signage as well, so we all have the same "no food or drink in the library" (for ex.) sign at each location. Summer Reading Club documents (like signs, reading lists, reg. forms, etc..) would be really handy to have on an open space like this, that could be adapted for each branch's individual needs. Committees could post agendas online with each member adding action items if needed. The possibilities are endless really.
