      1. Cohort recruitment and follow-up: women were examined one month and four months after enrollment and every four months thereafter. Average duration of follow-up was 25 months.

      3. Outcome (disease) variables - biopsy confirmed cervial intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or 3 (28 cases)
