Four-in-One Patchwork Bracelet    Thursday, June 18   6-8          $30

Introduction to four basic stitches – Brick, Herringbone, Peyote, and Square Stitches.  Put them all together and embellish it with wandering free-form ribbons.  Finish it with a Peyote stitch toggle.  Instructor: Sue Schwartzenberger

This fun new bracelet has so much movement it is spellbinding.  While this bracelet looks daunting, because of the size, it really is a project for any skill level - beginners to advance are all welcomed.  (Note: This bracelet was photographed flat, but final project is on a rounded form.  See actual sample in the store.)  Instructor: Sue Schwartzenberger

 
 
In many of our classes, you will not complete the project during class time.  Seed bead projects using needle and thread are especially time consuming.  Instructions on how to complete these projects on your own are included and, as always, when you have questions, before or after the class, please ask!

Private Lessons ~ Please note that many of our classes have prerequisites.  If the timing is wrong, or if our scheduled classes do not fit into your busy calendar, consider taking a private lesson to learn the prerequisite technique, or any other technique as well!  Call the store for available times.

 

 

Class Sign-Up  & Attendance Policies

The following policies are in place to insure an enjoyable learning environment for students and to express respect for the teacher and your fellow students.

  • Do Not Wear Perfume (or strongly perfumed lotions, etc.) the day of class.  Several of the teachers and students have allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to perfume.  Please be considerate in this matter.
  • Prices listed are for the teacher fee only.  Materials are extra.  A tool kit (pliers, cutters, scissors, etc.) is available for your use during class.  Exception: Beading needles for thread-work classes.
  • Payment in full is required at the time you sign up for a class.  We accept phone registrations with a credit card.
  • You must pre-register so we may prepare properly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class where the minimum number of students is not met.
  • No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to class.
  • Only the students signed up for class may attend.  Family or friends cannot “hang out” in the classroom.
  • Students must be at least 13 years old.
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class starts.  Due to time limitations, teachers will not be able to repeat instructions if you are late.
  • Cell phones and pagers must be set to “courtesy mode.”  Please step outside the classroom to answer the call or have the conversation.  No exceptions.
  • If you normally wear glasses to read, bead, or do other crafts please bring your glasses to class.
