Dear Vista Print
I recently ordered a whole bunch of wedding invitations and things from you, and I'm thrilled with them. The only problem is that after I ordered them, I remembered that I'm trying to have a green wedding, and I kind of got caught up in your low pricing and matching stationery.

So, I have a question. What is your sustainability policy? Where do you get your paper from, and is any of it from recycled stock?

What's your ink made from? What do you do with waste from the paper processing?

Hopefully your other customers have asked these questions too.

The reason I'm really interested is that I own a blog called www.thegreenqueen.co.uk and I challenge myself and others to live greener, healthier and more sustainable lives. Please let me know what Vista print does to help the environment.

Many thanks
Denise

(argh - I can't believe I went with a totally evil company just because the price was good!)
Hi there Tashona,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Do you think that Vista Print will have a sustainability policy in the future? Paper is something that can easily be recycled in most countries. The process of printing also creates a lot of environmental waste.
I would really appreciate it if you forwarded this email to your manager, or supervisor.

Thanks for your help!
Denise
