 To solve the problem of low attendance rate, increasing the attendance requirements is absolutely a good measure. Students skip the classes because most of the classes only count 80 percentage attendance and some of the classes even do not take any attendance. Therefore, to tackle the problem of low attendance rate, it is better to increase the attendance requirements or even 100 percentage of compulsory attendance. How to solve the issue of the milk products problem in HK?

 The growing number of babies suffering from kidney stone in mainland china and Hong Kong has been a cause of concern, especially the parents. They argue that the government should take up the major responsibility. On the other hand, the government argues that it is the companies’ responsibility rather than government’s. However, we should concern on how to tackle the problem caused by toxic milk rather than to argue the responsibility. In this essay, we will talk about the main problems of the toxic milk are the low morality of the businessman and the impact on babies health. Next, we will also give some suggestions to tackle it. Finally, the babies get a kidney stone. This is the main food to affect HK babies’ health. As the only food for baby is milk, their parent can only use milk powder to make the milk. Some may say that human milk is good for babies. It is true that the human milk is much more suitable than the cow milk. However, in Hong Kong, many mothers will go to work after they have a baby. They will not offer enough human milk for the baby. To encounter these problems, the government should encourage the parents to feed soy milk instead of milk to babies. Soy milk has the similar nutrition to cow's milk. It has about the same amount of protein as cow's milk. The soy milk contain vitamin E. It helps the baby to have a better development for the brain. It is safe for people milk allergy. In china, the starbucks try to use the soy milk to replace the cow milk or milk powder as the new ingredient of the coffee. He always tells us "frustration is the mother of success". He is a authority in school because of his 30 years teaching experience. He always use his wooden ruler to hit lazy students but he never fear of any complaints. I remember that when I was study in From 5 and 6, 6 wooden rulers were broken by hitting our class. In Physics lesson, he told us the most effective learning method is doing the past paper.  By his theorem, he believe that if we repeat solving the exercise and checking the answer many many times, when we meet the question like we done before,we can write the answer automatically without any thinking process.

 With my experience, he is absolutely right.
