If you want to improve your pronunciation, you should learn to read aloud properly!  Investigate Phonics.  If you cannot grasp main ideas while listening because of missing key words, you may want to try phonemic recognition, or contextual analysis.  Create a study plan to help you manage your time!  Put the worksheet code on the evaluation form; try not to memorize vocabulary, but learn vocabulary words

You may want to rewrite your essay since it now is only two paragraphs of many different ideas.  One main idea, one strong topic sentence per paragraph should be your goal.  Try skimming and scanning to read more quickly.  For listening, expose yourself to different foreign accents.  Your grammar is too general:  pick specific grammar items which you will study assiduously.

 You need phonics to learn to pronounce words properly.  Perhaps you need to improve not only your vocabulary, but also your understanding of different parts of speech for individual vocabulary words.  Be disciplined about your learning; don't do things and then think about them later:  think about what you want to do (study plan); then do it (collect evidence); and finally quickly follow up on your learning (evaluation).
