APes Schedule
Spring Break HW?: Students may wish to begin their April 13- April 24th homework assignment during Spring break. There will be no other homework assignment the first 2 weeks after spring break besides this one, however if students have a lot of reading in general in other classes; they may want to get a jump start on this book. The reading is not dense.
April 13 – April 24
Homework: Read the Book Cradle to Cradle, keep a reading log with your Questions, comments and links to our curriculum. Highlight in your log key questions, comments and ideas that you want to raise during our discussion on April 22 & April 23.
Reading log requirements:
Include a “title” that details the date and pages read on that date.
Include specific quotes or ideas that inspire, irritate, move you.
Include questions that you have related to book.
Include connections that you can make with the content in this book and the content in your life, this class, etc.
The reading log is NOT:
A summary of what you are reading
Another book. The intention is not for you to spend all your time writing and reflecting. The intention of the log is for all of us to be able to share key moments/ideas from the book.
