Marketing
Wear your Relay For Life t-shirt around campus
Next Tuesday, April 7th hunt for Relay Easter eggs all over Campus! Maybe you will “find the cure”
Change your facebook profile picture/status to something related to Relay
Food Court
Sign up for a food court table on the day of the event
Turn in your domino form
Sell FOOD as a fundraiser
Luminaria
Remember and honor your loved ones- buy Luminaria in red square
Send follow-up thank you emails and ask for one more donation- a luminaria bag, only $10
SEND PICTURES FOR THE LUMINARIA SLIDE SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mentoring
When you sign up to table, have your own fundraiser as well!
Make a CAKE for the cake walk!
SEND OUT EMAILS! Fundraise, fundraise, fundraise!!
Survivorship
Cheer on Survivors at the event during the survivor lap
Let Jenny know about any survivors we can reach out to
Reach out to a survivor- they are the reason we Relay!
Mission
Sign up for ACS-CAN
Stop in Red square to get your picture taken for the Faces of Hope Campaign
Recruitment:
Sit down with a friend who is not signed up and help them register on the website
Hang a Relay For Life flyer on your dorm/apartment door
During Easter break, collect $2 from each family member you see and make a donation in your family’s name!!
HOST A HOLE FOR THE RELAY GOLF PARTY
Entertainment:
Find campus celebrities to get in the dunk tank, email michaelwtowler@gmail.com
Bring video-games and small TVs to use in the video game court
Have your team run a carnival booth at the event- all the proceeds go towards your team!
Logistics:
Come up with a team theme
Decorate your tent
Throw out your garbage at the event!!!!
