      1. Upcoming Benefit Show: Update

         i.  Group discusses bake sale plans, Nic will clarify with Candis if she'll coordinate or contribute.  Some steering committee members volunteer to bake also.  Nic will ask Eric at Ravelin if they're willing to contribute.  Rem will contact Melissa.  Nic will talk to Cupboard.  Howard will contact Bike Path and Bluebonnet, Rem will contact Denton Bike.  Nic and Howard will clean and price parts. 
         

         iv. Group discusses raffling gold schwinn, selling 2 other bikes.  

         v. Kati will contact potential volunteers to get commitment to help with event. 

         vi. Devin will contact Cooper about bike valet.

         vii. Group discusses shirts and posters to have screened, Howard will make version of Margaret's design with show text and email to group.  

      2. Community Ride Rain Check

         1. 8 people in attendance, regardless of weather. Cancelled ride due to rain.

   3. Sunday Shop Day: Report

      1. Reorganization underway

      2. Shop Day Binder from Nic, Nic reports progress, Daniel will supply diagrams to correspond with checklist instructions

      3. Make canvas mat or peg board outline for tools

         1. Tabled till after May 17 benefit.  

4. New Business

   1. Bike to Vote: this Saturday May 9th @ 11am @ Downtown Square

      1. 10 mile ride to all four polling places

      2. Call city clerk to make sure election is still scheduled due to 3 of the 4 polling place locations being closed due to the Swine Flu scare

   2. Trailer Work Day, tabled till after benefit show

   3. Shop Checklist and Tool Info Workshop

5. Review tasks/duties of volunteers
