1. Call to Order

• Steering Committee Reports

  • Treasurers Report

    • Need wish list of items: create google doc
      

    • Howard will port /donate to google doc, add group as editors
    • Research grant availability from various stores/ sources
      

    • Devin went to Lowes and noticed many items we could use.  
    • Group agrees to brainstorm and add to list, no rush
    • PO Box renewal
    • Remington motions to extend PO Box for 1 yr, Devin seconds

  • Remington/ Devin/ Kati:

    • Met with potential space

      • 48 ft semi cargo trailer 2500$ negotiable from Karoush, friend of Al’s of Copy Pro
        

      • Devin reports that Karoush, who owns local taxi agency, offers to sell us an old refrigerated semi trailer.  48' long, 8' wide.  Cons are price ($2500 negotiable), place to put it.  Devin moves that we not pursue trailer due to financial and logistical constraints.  Remington seconds.  
    • Recent email correspondence from local doctors
      

    • Remington reports that he called doctor back, left message, steering committee will pursue further discussion.  

• Event Reports

  • Bike Parade on Tuesday

    • Close to 100 people in attendance

    • Tall bikes, long bikes, kids, dogs, trailers, balloons and streamers and ½ price drinks from the Hydrant, thanks to everyone who participated.  Group expresses gratitude to Kati for organization. 

    • Next year, may approach bike shops or local businesses to sponsor event

  • NTEEC Tabling on Wednesday

    • Talked with a lot of people

    • Contact list grew by almost 30

  • NTEEC Shop Day on Thursday

    • Small crowd, low visibility, helped about 5-10 people with bikes

  • Upcoming fundraising Show Update
    

  • Remington reports that Chris Flemmons, George Neal, Boxcar Bandits, will contact  Doug Burr and Sarah Jaffe to offer headlining spot.

• Sunday Shop Days Report

  • Shop Day Binder from Nic
    

  • Howard reports that Nic told him repair checklist draft is complete

• Next Community Ride: May 2^nd, (This Saturday)

  • Remington proposes google spreadsheet for tracking who fliers where

  • Route =  Rail Trail, reminder that howard/jon/cooper out for MS150

• T-shirts
  

• Howard reports that shirts in white American Apparel can be done for around $7 a piece, work done through Brian at Squid Ink Collective.
• Howard will make online call for designs via blog post and Facebook

• Need to schedule Trailer Work Day, tabled till after benefit show
