    1. Fundraising Committee. 
      1. Still communicating with bands
      2. Howard mentions we should have bands locked in ASAP, so flyers and publicity can go out.
    2. Bike Parade Committee
      1. Kati met with Janie McLeod of Denton about parade permit. 
      2. Remington will ask Jordan to put QCBS on the Earth Day event agenda.
  5. Ongoing Business 
    1. 501c3 Letter of new Status to all members: Remington 
      1. Remington exhibits 501c3 announcement
      2. Group discusses whether to have formal press packet
      3. Kati mentions that press release could be shorter.  
    2. Thank you letter to Bataille: Jon (tabled until further report)
    3. Next Communtiy ride: Theme to plan now? 
    4. Redbud Festival recap
      1. $20 donation made
      2. group agrees maps should be vertically displayed, Howard suggests attached info sheets
    5. Sunday Shop Days
      1. Group discusses how to improve turnout for shop
      2. Howard suggests ending next ride at shop
      3. Group agrees to host more frequent internal shop day events for training and green bike prep.
      4. Group discusses whether or not we can allow suggested-donations for used bike inventory.
        1. Group will research bylaws to see if we can do this
        2. Howard will contact YBP to ask how they do it
      5. Howard motions that we get some green paint ASAP to make some new green bikes for May 17th benefit show release.

  8. Announcements
    1. Cupboard Event: April 18th and 19th
    2. Denton Community Bike Parade: April 21st 
    3. Earth Week Event @ UNT: April 23rd and 24th 
    4. Howard announces that Tom Woods is offering a cycling safe riding class for QCBS, possibly for collective council.  End of may is ideal for PD, group agrees to table and add to ongoing business for date/attendance planning.
