* Kati reports that FC met last thursday and came up with band booking list.

Bike Parade Committee
* Kati mentions that city parade permitting under approval

Ongoing Business

501c3 Letter of new Status to all members: Remington

* Remington reports

Thank you letter to Bataille: Jon

* Jon not present to report

Community ride: report on Saturday’s ride

* Kati reports that 12 new participants came

* Ride group became fragmented, discussion of faster/slower routes ensues

Next Communtiy ride: Theme to plan now?

* Cooper proposes camping ride

* tables until future meetings

Redbud Festival: This Saturday 10-4, Quakertown Park
- Peace Kitchen collaboration
- Group approves funds to purchase plastic folding table
- Group agrees to seek awning, not necessarily purchase immediately
- Group discusses creating sign for Green Bike
- Group agrees to prepare one green bike to display on stand
- Needs:
  - water
  - VOLUNTEERS
  - stand

Sunday Shop Days

* Howard proposes rotating shop coordinator schedule.

* Nic proposes doing internal shop day at Cooper's garage on Fulton.

* Howard reports that shop day turnout low, but newcomer James walked in non-running bike and rode home on running bike.
