• Remington: report on Redbud bike valet
  
• reports that Amy at KDB is very receptive to QCBS but they'd prefer to just watch bike attendance this year and shoot for valet next year.  
  

 

• Bibi: report on brochure translation

• Nic: report on hours/ times of Cupboard Earth Event
  
• full workshop first day: 6 volunteers, 2 hrs 2nd day

• Sunday Shop Days:

  • Nic and Daniel not able to meet yet

  • Kati provides to Howard a donation jar and label.

  • Nic will contact tool companies, like Park, Pedro's, etc

• Design submissions: open for one month

  • Remington and Howard will make Facebook and blog announcements to open design submissions this week, ending in about one month. 
    
• Remington will work on official group description to include 501c3 information
• Remington moves that we have a donation section on the website that includes donation information (including money, tools, etc).  Nic seconds.  Howard agrees to implement changes.
• Jon motions that we send a letter to Gretchen Bataille and thank her for bike rack deployment on campus and cooperation with shop day
