  • Created, Nick and Howard will upload their pics

• Sunday Shop Days:

• Nic: report on progress for nursery tags for shop log of bike repairs
  
• New shop method: survey tape progress
• Nick explains that we are using orange tape for in-progress, pink for trash
• Howard motions that we begin planning basic workstation toolkits, Nic/Nick/Howard will  discuss and bring results to group. 

• Kati: donation box needed at shop day and all public events.

• Group Ride: April 4th

  • Flyer distribution, Kati made flyer

• Fundraising Meeting: cancelled last meeting

• May Ride: Historical?  MS150 is same weekend, Howard and Cooper out

  • Howard taking design submissions for one month, will present results to group
  • Bryan, friend of Christina/Circa 77 can do 8 color screening, needs a bike.  trade?

• Howard motions that we table the date-choosing of the director meeting until the first meeting in May.  Nic seconds.   
• Donation documentation
• Kati reports that the law states organizations cannot determine the amount of the write off.  
• Nick motions that we purchase a booklet of receipts, Nic seconds
• Group agrees we don't need to itemize small cash donations
• All donations need to be tracked, except anonymous donation jar

• Bylaw clarification needed

  • between IRS bylaws and website bylaws

  • Add section about 1xyear director meeting: and rollover of directors
    

  • Devin motioned to have directors draft bylaw changes (necessary for legal compliance) following the next directors' meeting.  Approval will follow at following collective council meeting.

• Bike Parade Committee:

  • Denton Community Bike Parade: Tuesday, April 21^st @ 6pm, unofficial Earth Day affiliation.

VIII. Announcements

• Devin opens letter from IRS which shows that QCBS is officially a 501c3 org!!
• Nick motions that we abandon Arts & Jazz bike valet plans, due to lack of organizer interest/cooperation.  Nic seconds. 
• Devin announces that he removed the front dome from the trailer.  
• Devin wants to plan a 6 hour weekend work day for trailer.  
• Remington motions that we register trailer, 

• Redbud Festival: Saturday, April 11^th

• Cupboard Event: Saturday, April 18^th and Sunday 19^th

• Denton Community Bike Parade: Tuesday, April 21^st @ 6pm
