- UNT Shop Day: February 26t h 10am-4pm
- Nic bringing truck with supplies
- Nick will arrive first to set up
- Volunteer Log: Collective council membership: 24 hrs in 3 mo period
- Ongoing Shop Days: Sunday’s @ 5pm @ Howard’s
- Remington motions to change shop time to 4PM, Howard seconds
- Regular Public shop days @ Nic’s house or Cupboard
- Group agrees to table temporarily, till next week
- Group discusses repair tag ideas
- Nic will coordinate with Howard his volunteer shop time for Thursdays.
- Earth Week @ UNT: April 20th- 24th
- tabling 11-2PM Wednesday, April 22nd
- shop day Thursday, April 23rd @ 10am-4pm
- Group remembers that Bibi mentioned Paul @ Cupboard offering April 18 Cupboard Earth Day QCBS shopportunity.
- Bike Parade: organized by Nick, Nic, and Kati
- Jazz Festival: Bike Valet
- Remington mentions that he and Howard worked on powerpoint response to send to Carol Short. Howard relays Denton PD endorsement of Pool bike storage option.
- Remington will contact Carol on Monday and feel out power feed options before steering committee rewrites powerpoint proposal.

- IRS Filing Update
- Kati reports that Gwen from IRS received our response, will get back to us.
- Redbud Festival: April 11th
- Will make informative display of Green Bikes
- Remington will contact Redbud organizers about potential bike valet
- We need to prepare some bikes; group agrees to have at least 5 ready for Redbud release
