Presenter(s)

Interaction with audience

(Tammy, Erica, Rob) -Corrie-would like to do this?

Audience checking email, having conversations, snoring.  Walking out of workshop, not taking handouts.

On-topic questions.  Smiles.  Applause.  Nods or other gestures of agreement/approval.  Leaving feedback.

Laughter at appropriate points, standing ovation. Signing up for future workshops.

video to support the workshop (Julie, Erica, Brian, Miles)

Non-existent; too long or too short; unengaging; not accessible on multiple platforms or file size too big to make it accessible; too many transitions/styles/fonts (no consistency), difficult to see or hear; pixelated; blurry; bad composition or audio; too much text or not enough in the screen shot

Poor editing but the lesson is there; too many transitions or transitions are slightly unclear; pace of video doesn't match the timing of the lesson; inaccessible terms & language; background music isn't distracting

About a minute--short, sweet, to the point, easy & clear connection, sets realistic expectations, accessible language & images, no seizure-inducing transitions, small file size; provides context or presents background-building; gets you excited and motivated
