ENTREES


Chicken,spring onion and almond filo parcels with almond and cinnamon dust.


Spiced pumpkin and pear salad with pine nuts, spinach, honey and coriander cream.


Pappardelle with red wine braised beef cheek, semi-dried tomatoes, manzanillo olives and Italian parsely.


Crème of potato and leek soup with parmesan gnocchi and truffle oil.



MAINS


Olive oil poached and market fish, roasted eggplant, oven dried tomatoes and black olives


Braised Lamb Shanks on creamed potatoes with tomatoes, olives and parsley


Grilled breast of chicken on ratatouille with new potatoes and supreme sauce.




DESSERT



Chocolate hazelnut meringue with bittersweet chocolate cinnamon mousse, vanilla angalise and cream


Warm yogurt cake with pistachio nuts, crème fraiche and passion fruit


Kooroomba lavender ice-cream with crisp praline wafer and wild berries.


Drunken fruit pudding with crème anglaise and icecream
