Using Print Screen With a Limited Screen
Often times when using the print screen feature, you do not want to copy the entire page as shown with the previous few examples. There is a way to copy only the foreground or front box on the screen. When you are ready to copy a screen, hold down the ‘Alt’ button, and then click PrintScreen. The following is an example of this feature as well.

Smart Art is a new feature for Power Point 2007. This is a more interactive type of graphic art you can add to your presentation. To access this, you must be on the ‘Insert’ tab on the top of the screen. Click on the Smart Art icon underneath and a choice of Smart Art will appear for you to choose from. Once you have selected one, it will be applied to your current slide and you can edit the content as you wish.

Once you have completed your presentation, it is time to animate. Click on the ‘Animation’ tab on the top of the screen. Now you can animate your presentation in a number of ways. Clicking on the ‘Custom Animation’ will place a screen on the right side and allow you to customize the presentation.
Along the top you will also notice a number of ways to transition from slide to slide, simply click on the one you wish to apply to the current slide.
How to Print Slides
Clicking on the Microsoft icon on the top left of the system will drop down a menu with the option to print. Click ‘Print’ and you will be allowed to select the slides you want to print and the format.
