GUIDE LINES
FOR SENDING IESM MEMBERSHIP FORM
AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Note. These instructions look longish but, are very simple to follow. Please do follow the instruction to help IESM quickly transfer data and help in auditing by others.

Guide Lines for Filling Membership Form (Separately attached)

  1. If sending membership form by email, you need not sign it.
    Just fill the form and attached to email.

  2. If sending by post please sign the form.

Guide Lines for Sending the Membership Fee and additional Contributions

  1. It is better that you deposit your cheque in the nearest HDFC Bank branch, in the IESM Account (or make ‘third-party transfer’ if you are operating your bank account on internet).

    All the necessary information is as under –

    1. Name of Account – Indian Ex Servicemen Movement.

    2. Account No – 06162000001330.

    3. Name of Bank – HDFC Bank Palam Vihar Branch, Gurgaon.

    4. Nine Digit Code of Bank - 110240109

    5. Postal Address of Bank - SCO 87, Sector 22, Gurgaon - 122001.

  2. Those sending the membership form and cheque by post should sent these to -
    Maj Gen Satbir Singh, SM,
    Vice Chairman IESM,
    543, Sector 23,
    Gurgaon - 122017, Haryana, India.

  3. If you are sending the membership form by email then attach the membership form to it. Signature on form not required if sending by email.

  4. State Convenors and City Convenors may collect membership forms of veterans who are not computer savvy and send those collectively. The cheques should still be deposited in local HDFC Bank.

  5. Kindly repeat the following information on the email (this is required for quick dissemination of your name and contribution details to all members of Steering Committee of IESM for auditing) –

    1. Your Service No, Rank and Name,

    2. Your email ID, Postal address, and phone/mobile numbers.

    3. Total Amount of the cheque.

    4. Cheque details (bank on which drawn, cheque number and date.

    5. Details of bank where cheque was deposited in IESM account.

  6. Your forwarding email should be sent to the following –
