Inserting columns

In order to insert a column select column, right click insert and then print screen and paste.

Calculating age in year, month and days


Formulas used Formula=dated if (E2 click column year f2, “y”) Select all and drag down the columns. See figure 2.

For year: DATEDIF (D2, H2,"y")

For month: =DATEDIF (D2, H2,"ym")

For days: =DATEDIF (D2, H,"md")



Splitting viewing screen

To split screen I go to window, then select split window. Then, click on split screen See figure

Calculating the average of a column

Average for Pushup test pre and post auto sum=average/enter and control f2 if it doesn’t fill up. See figure 4






Descriptive statistics

Descriptive analysis click on tools, data analyzes. Then click on Descriptive Statistics and click ok. (see figure 5)



Adjusting cell size

Select first column hold control key, select as many columns.



Merging cells

Format “cells” and click on merge cells at the bottom (see figure 7)

To create a chart, I first click insert and select “Chart” (see figure ??).
