why would anyone sit in front of a computer all day and night?, (unless they are working) when there is a fabulous world out there? especially, why would a sane person, living in vacation land, sit and write negative blogs? go outside, see the world. at least, if your that bored, check out the history of your currnet religion, if you have one, or explore the world religions. see what you can discover in the multitude of belief systems that are out there. i have an extensive background in world religions, one of my degrees is liberal arts so i took alot of phylosophy and psych classes. i ahve 162 college credits and i'm not too far from earning my masters degree in science. anythings is more interesting than your self. get a degree on line or go after something, have a life outside of computer cybullying. i promise you, it is fun!

i should be asking a plastic surgeon this question, i'll be seeing one in august. , but, anyway, i was wondering does years of smoking cigaretts cause your skin to look old? ( i already know that answere i am a registered respiratory therapist)
does years of collegen injections cause old , wrinkled skin? how about years of drug abuse??? or being cachetic and ematiated, would that make your skin sag???
does having previous facial surgeries make you look old? how about letting your hair go all gray, and not a pretty, nice, silver gray, just the yuck looking, "i don't take care of myself, pity me" gray?? hey lucille, maybe you can show the magistrate how you let yourself go? maybe you can find something to distract him from the fact that you may have violated an abuse order of protection. maybe he will see right thru your "poor me. pity me, i am indegent cover?" does years of sunbathing cause old skin? how about melanoma and skin cancer? maybe you chose to look old or you would at least try to look better. maybe stress can cause old , sagging skin?? or just growing older?????

restraining order violation hearing, lucille still thinks
I think lucille is still having the wrong idea about a hearing of abuse protection violation.
the magistrate has statements that the webster police have, i guess she really did break the order. is that why she deleted her posts i couldn't read? lucille still doesn't get it. she is the
defendent. nothing will happen to me, i am the plaintiff. if it would have went her way, i would have been terminated from 2 jobs. but, again hubbard does not care because i am a perfect employee with the highest credentials in cardiopulmonary. maybe thats why i run the dept. alone? lucille better get her head straight, at least for the hearing day and be prepared for whats coming. like the wonderful john mellencamp song says, ' AND THE DAYS OF VANITY WENT ON FOREVER..." we make our own choices in life and then, must pay the consequenses, good or bad. my life is good because i made the right choices.

Hey, Lucille, Why don't you make a complaint to the board about me? But, which state???? For them to bother with an investigation a patient has to be hurt by a health care worker. In 23 years i have NEVER made any sort of error. I have aperfect record or Sharon wouldn't let me run the cardiopulmonary dept, by myself. But knock your socks off. see ya in dudley with some friends you haven't seen in a while..... TIME TO PACK!!!!!!!

If you are Rich, please let me appologize to you again. I have that eloquent e-mail you wrote to me, it touched me. lucille was a very kind person, as you said, "through all that she manages to drive over to my house every now abd then to drop off home baked goods and other gifts." she was always kind in that way to me too. thank you for telling me,"She constanly speaks about how much she misses you and would like to see you again." I appologize for not beleiving you. I thought she hated me after setting up my computer in the first home i bought and i proved she was reading all i did on that computer. then after all those legal papers she sent me wanting to sign saying in my oppinion her disability is due to a botched face lift., i couldn't write that until i interpreted all her pulmonary tests. i truley do not belive there is a problem with her airway, and i can not lie and say there is, no matter how hard she tries to get me fired. plus, i haven't examined her. the last time we saw her she was driving behind us in douglas. i haven't interacted with her since we went to auntie helens son's home in milford.
i am sorry i bragged so much about making all that money flipping my first home and being able to afford this 400 thous. dollar home. not to go off the subject, but i just had my home appraise for 420, so the market is not that bad. once i get the offer i want i'm starting to build on my newly aquire 5.5 acres in dalton NH. One of my "bevy" of atty. foreclosed so i got the land cheap.
After what lucille has currently done at my job at hubbard is unforgivable. it was unforgivable at milford hospital, but, i knew i was resogning from there. i resigned in lu of termination so i didn't lie on that affidavitt. the people i worked with were afraid because i had the highest credential there too and i would report them when i saw them hurting patients. i have so many letters of recommendation from milford hospital.
but , about my sister, again you are right. who will what and what is it we will win, certainly not the lottery. i am AFRAID of lucille, OBVIOUSLY everyone can see why. she is mentally unstable, do you think, when she spoke with those 2 nursing supervisors, that THEY couln't tell she was OFF?
The only reason I have to pursue this case is because the MGL"S say "i have a right to work without FEAR!" and i am in FEAR of lucille. so i want her to have a court ordered psych. eval. so she can take the meds she needs to be normal and stop harassing all these medical folks. thanks for writing. If this is rich, i don't mind you calling me, i don't have a restraining order on you, and i know you are smart enough not to give me any messages from lucille, but i agree to speak with you, IF I AM NOT RECORDED, LIKE WE KNOW YOU BOTH DO TO EVERY CALL COMING IN.

poor, stupid lucille still believes a violation of restraining order has something to do with my job and email which i sent. it about lucille violating the order of restraint, pretty simple, unless your the defendant grasping at straws!
she must have forgotten about all that certified mail she sent me a while back, which i have. i have one letter asking me to be her power of atty., poor steve hanlon did it because my uncle and i refused. lucille then sued him saying he kept her money. thought she was indigent? other letters state she wanted me to state that i believed her DISABILITY was directly caused by the botched face lift, the ELECTIVE surgery for which she signed INFORMED CONSENT FORM. lucille is very knowlegable about her surgery. look at losingface, she has a diagragm showing what the SURGEON did wrong. she must really know about how that kind of surgery is performed. so how can she claim she didn't understand the INFORMED CONSENT FORM?
PERHAPS THE DEBT COLLECTION LAWSUIT LUCILLE FILED AGAINST STEVE HANLON WAS MEANT FOR ME. IT WAS SO OBVIOUSLY PLANNED AHEAD. HE SHOULD HAVE REFUSED LIKE MYSELF AND OUR UNCLE. WE KNOW HER WELL! OH WELL.

PI'S DO NOT HAVE JUST ONE PERSON FOLLOW THE SUBJECT. THEY HAVE A NETWORK OF PI'S WORKING TOGETHER ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY. THERE MAY BE 100 DIFFERENT CARS OR PEOPLE WALKING AROUND THE SUBJECT, WHO ARE TOTALLY UNAWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON. IF YOU SUBMITT ANY SORT OF CLAIM TO AN INS. CO. OR IF YOU ARE PARTY TO A CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWSUIT, YOU MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF A INVESTIGATION. THEY PREFFER TO HIDE LIKE COWARDS BECAUSE SOME CLAIMANTS GET MAD AND HARM THE PI. THE IMPORTANT PART IS TO FIND OUT WHERE THE PI IS LOCATED WHO IS ORDERING THE OTHERS TO STALK AND HARSS THE SUBJECT. THEY EVEN BRING CHILDREN WITH THEM. THEY HAVE NO SCRUPLES AND WILL TRY TO BEFRIEND THE SUBJECT, THEN TAKE A PHOTO., THATS CALLED DUPING THE SUBJECT. RICH BERGERON, PROLIFIC WRITETER/PI
WOW, Tonight was a trip. My fiance and I went out for dinner and was confronted by "I'm not
sure what" no, not a crossdresser or swinger". I was eating when a fellow diner, sitting behind
my fiancee and I, turned to speak. What he said bothered me, so I promptly drove to the Webster Police dept., where we were only a half a mile from there. Empire Wok is a great place for chineese food! It's in Webster , mass., near the police dept. Anyway, this fellow said,
"good luck at hubbard hospital" not that threatening, right? It could have been a patient of mine ? right? wrong! As I drove to the Webster Police dept, afraid and alone, I wondered, WHO
IS THIS GUY?????? His tone was disturbing, like he was intoxicated, but, he had a child with him, so I hope it was just an intimadating tone of voice. After telling my story to the police officer who is coming to court with me on August 7th about the RESTRAINING ORDER VOILATION, that Lucille Iacovelli violated when she sent the director of patient care services,, e-mail i sent her, many in confidence, The officer came back and told me ,"I am being intimidated!" We will talk about this in court.
Lucille writes: First you say you and your fiancee are together having dinner, then you claim you drove to the police dept "afraid and alone"? Which is it? Will the Webster PD have a record of your "complaint"? Doubtful.

LUCILLE IACOVELLI'S ONLY REASON FOR SENDING MY EMPLOYER A PACKET OF 90 PAGE E-MAILS WAS TO TRY AND CAST ME IN A BAD LIGHT. WELL, IT DIDN'T WORK AND NOW LUCILLE MUST PAY THE PRICE. SHE MAY AS WELL COME TO COURT ALREADY WEARING BRACELETS. SHE'LL BE LEAVING IN THEM. OH YEH, IT'S CALLED DEFAMATION. THATS ILLEGAL IN SOME STATES, LIKE TAPE RECORDING COURT PROCEEDINGS TO USE THAT AGAINST SOMEBODY...... TO CAST THEM IN A BAD LIGHT... SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR WOULD TRY TO GET AWAY WITH. I HONESTLY CAN'T SAY WHO IS THE MOST SCUMBAGISH....LUCILLE OR THE PI'S. LOL

I guess that was Lucille's "BEEF" with me, using the interenet while working. ooooo, Thats the day I got the raise! When Paula told me this 90 pages is crap and wasn't even going to read it. We both agreed I was working those days that Lucille said I was on the internet, but paula said it wasn't long, a few seconds. JUST ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO PRINT OUT EVIL SISTER AND MALICIOUS SISTER, So I asked if I could give up my internet priveledges permently and she said yes. I'VE BEEN STUDYING HARD TO TAKE THE PULMONARY FUNCTION TECHNOLOGIST EXAM. IT IS ALL NEW TO ME. I WORKED WITH CRITICAL CARE PATIENTS, SO OUTPATIENTS ARE FUN. THEY ACTUALLY TALK, NO TUBE IN THEIR THROAT.
SO I WAS STUDYING AND IN MY LECTURE TAPES AND STUDY GIUDE THERE ARE FORMULAS TO CALCULATE IF THE PATIENT IS NOT GIVING IT THEIR ALL(GOOD EFFORT) I NEVER KNEW CALCULATIONS EXISTED LIKE THAT. WE CAN TELL IF A PATIENT IS FAKING WITH TAKING THIER OTHER VALUES FROM PFT TESTS AND
CALCULATE OUT IF THEY ARE FAKING AND NOT GIVING A GOOD EFFORT. THEY
DO THIS TEST FOR DISABILTY EVALUATION. SOME POOR FOLK ACTUALLY CAN'T BREATHE. THATS NOTHING TO MESS AROUND WITH, SINCE, IF YOU ARE NOT BREATHING CORRECTLY ALL THE TIME, YOU CAN HAVE OTHER PROBLEMS STEM FROM THAT., BUT NOT IF YOU'RE FAKING!!!! WHERE ARE LUCILLES OTHER TESTS THAT SHOW HER "BREATHING PROBLEM" AFFECTED ANOTHER FUNCTION OF HER
BODY. I SAW HER PFT, AND CALCULATED IT OUT, SHE IS FAKING, SHE HAS NO SHORTNESS OF BREATH, NOTHING WRONG WITH HER BREATHING. THE DR. WHO SAID SHE NEEDED A TRACHE KNOWS SHE IS NUTS. WHY DIDN'T SHE GET THE TRACHEOSTOMY IF SHE REALLY COULDN'T BREATHE???? IT'S A SCARY THING ,NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE, YOU WOULD NOT BE ON THE COMPUTER , YOU'D BE IN THE PULMONOLOGIST OFFICE. OH YEH, THE BEST ONE FROM MASS. GENERAL HOSPITAL SAID OPEN AIRWAY. LUCILLE WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO DIE FROM THIS? YOU DON'T KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THE COMLICATED AIRWAY AS YOU THINK. YOU ARE NOT A NURSE, RRT OR PHYSICIAN, YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A FRAUD!!

I have every single word you posted online and sent to me in email.. including ALL the tracking verification. You cannot DENY what you wrote, nor can you CHANGE anything I wrote to you. You cannot undo the damage your filthy, malicious hatred and abuse have done to me. The only way EVIL people like you ever relate to the horrendous injury they inflict is if and when they become victimized by someone equally as malevolent.
